How Do I Increase My Listing Status
Below we will explain how the real estate agent listing status is determined when listing results are displayed. As well, we will tell you how you can increase you listing status.

How are the listings ranked?
On the Homepage of this website you will see a randomly selected agent listing. This selection comes from those "preferred agent listings", which consist of all real estate agents who have logged in at lease once and updated their information.

When a website user clicks on the "Find A Local Agent" button they see a list of "preferred agent listings", up to ten at a time. They also see a "Search For An Agent" button that allows them to search by name or realty company.

When the website user is at the "Search For An Agent" webpage the search results they see are for all agents listed in this directory, not just "preferred agent listings". However, if an agent is preferred, they will come up on top of the search results list before all others.

How Do I Improve My Listing Status?
The first thing you do is to login for the first time and update your contact information. That automatically puts you in the "preferred agent listings" catagory.

Your listing preference only improves with the more information you provide for your listing. Supply us with a company logo, bio image and bio profile, website information and testimonials and watch your listing climb the results list.

Don't forget to either add agent testimonials you have received in the past or have your current clients input a testimonial themselves. When a testimonial is added you will receive an e-mail telling you that you have received a testimonial and to approve it. That testimonial will not be available to the public till you log-in to your agent listing and approve that testimonial.

Please e-mail the picture you would like to use for your real estate agent biography. You may also e-mail me the company logo that you would like to use for your agent listing. You may e-mail me at jay@pbnjwebdesign.com. Just attach the bio image and company logo to the e-mail.
